If you haven't tried Katy Perry's Shatter or China Glaze shatter, your nails are probably bored of the same solid colors you've been swashing across them... First pick a color for the base and let it dry.  Then, put one solid light coat of a shatter top coat... Black is my favorite! Impress your friends and give your nails a fun, funky new look ;)
